It was a quiet week on the race front for many St Albans Striders, apart from Jenni Johnston who competed in the International Snowdon Race which involved a 5 mile ascent up Snowdon and 5 mile descent.  Jenni completed the race in 2 hours 15 minutes and commented "going up was hard but coming down was lots of fun!"

Striders ran at 23 different parkruns around the country, and further afield (Jonathan Poole ran the Whistler parkrun), with a number of women finishing first lady: Wendy Walsh at Heartwood, Heather Hann at St Albans and Jen Conway at Harlow. Finishing 5th lady were: Linda Green at Haverfordwest,, Stacey Harris at Heartwood and Magda Meier at Panshanger.   First to finish were Robert Spencer at Moor Valley, and Steve Buckle at Linford Wood.
