The next Striders hosted race the Fred Hughes 10 is coming up soon on 20^th January and we need volunteers for; marshalling, HQ and to help out during the event.  A few early HQ and car parking jobs will be suitable for people who want to run and don’t mind an early start.  We will also need people to help clear up afterwards, again suitable for runners.

HQ and car parking from 7:30, Marshals from 8:45, clear up from 11:00.
