This race is held on an undulating, rural, certified accurate ten kilometer course around the country lanes to the South-East of St. Albans. Limited changing and refreshments will be available at the race headquarters.

The Race Headquarters will be at the Sea Cadets Hut, Verulamium Park, St Albans, which is approximately 500m from the race start in front of Waitrose on King Harry Lane. There is parking available near the Sea Cadets Hut and further parking by the athletics track. Late entries on the day will be available from the Race HQ if the race limit of 500 has not already been reached.

The presentation of winners' prizes will take place at the Sea Cadets Hut between 11.30 and 12.00. Prizes will be awarded to the first 3 individuals in the Senior Men and Senior Women categories, Male Vet 40, 50 and 60 and Female Vet 35, 45 and 55 categories. Team prizes will also be awarded to the first two male teams (4 per team) and the first two female teams (3 per team).
