NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY - RACE LIMIT HAS BEEN REACHED

This race is held on an undulating, rural, certified accurate ten kilometer course around the country lanes to the South-East of St. Albans. Limited changing and refreshments will be available at the race headquarters.

The Race Headquarters will be at the Prae Wood Primary School, King Harry Lane, St Albans, Herts, AL3 4HZ, which is right next to the race start in front of Waitrose on King Harry Lane.

· Souvenir to all finishers

The presentation of winners' prizes will take place at the Race HQ between 11.30 and 12.00. Prizes will be awarded to the first 3 individuals in the Senior Men and Senior Women categories, as well as male and female veterans. Team prizes will also be awarded to the first two male teams (4 per team) and the first two female teams (3 per team).
