St Albans Mid Week Road Race League
7:45pm Thursday 28th June 2007

Race HQ:
St Albans Sea Cadets' Hut, near Westminster Lodge, St Albans. A map is available from multimap; the cadets' hut lies between the Leisure Center and the Running Track.
The Sea Cadets' hut is approximately 500m from the start - please ensure that you allow enough time to reach the start for 7:45pm. 

Parking:
There is ample parking near the Sea Cadets' Hut

Changing:
There are limited changing facilities and toilets at the Sea Cadets' Hut. Unfortunately there are no showers.

The Start:
7:45pm from the grassy area near Waitrose on King Harry Lane (see map)

The Course:
The course is an accurately measured 7 miles. The route is undulating along country roads, finishing back at the green on King Harry Lane.

Refreshments:
There will be water at the finish.
tea coffee and the usual sandwhiches and cakes will be available at the Sea Cadets' Hut after the race.
