In 2006, St Albans Striders host the 29th June race. As well as the overall title, there separate team trophies for the ladies and men.
The races start at 19:45, and you keep your number from one race to the next. The top twelve men and top six women score. However other placings further down improve our standing, so every runner counts. We need as many people as possible to turn up. At the end of the league season there is a (friendly) mob match at Trent Park, when the trophies are presented.
Please use the message board to arrange car shares and lifts to the fixtures, so we can do our bit for the environment.
The host club provides refreshments for the participants, after the race.
