In 2007, St Albans Striders host the 28th June race. As well as the overall title, there are separate team trophies for the ladies and men.
The races start at 19:45, and you keep your number from one race to the next. The top twelve men and top six women score. However other placings further down improve our standing, so every runner counts. We need as many people as possible to turn up. At the end of the league season there is a (friendly) mob match at Trent Park, when the trophies are presented.
Please use the message board to arrange car shares and lifts to the fixtures, so we can do our bit for the environment.
The host club provides refreshments for the participants, after the race.

Race HQ, and finish is at Welwyn RFC. The start is at Stanborough Green. There are changing facilities for men and women, but no showers for women.

13 June: Bishop Stortford (Stortford)

Location: Bishop's Stortford Rugby Club, Silvers Leys on Hadham Road Bishop's Stortford, Herts. CM23 2QF
Changing and shower facilities for both men and ladies at the Rugby club. The start is about 300 meters away from the Rugby Club. Refreshments and food will be provided at the Rugby Club. A voluntary contribution (£1 suggested) will be greatly received.

Location: Woodlins Stadium, Woodcock Road, Gresley Way, Stevenage
The course is new and a measured 10k starting and finishing outside the track (TBC), its out, around Fairlands Park and then back. There will be changing, showers and refreshments at the track.
