There is NO LIMIT on the number of times you can claim the 20 points.

• 10 Points for helping out at tea night – this is new & see below
Tea Night Points
This year we are introducing points for helping out at tea nights. In particular help is needed with helping to make tea for everyone and pack up at the end. We need one helper per tea night and it will be ten points per night volunteered. To register as the official helper (only one person will be awarded this per tea night) you will need to contact

. Registering will be on a 'first come, first served' basis.
The principle is that in return for 10 club championship points, you volunteer to help you out of a specific tea night. This would involve assisting with:
• Set-up before the all the runners arrive
• Helping out while it is in progress (making cups of tea etc…)
• Packing up at the end.
Also note that the Club Champs year will run starting from this weekend's cross country's at Stevenage/Watford and will end on 31 October 2012.
