Olympic Torch in St Albans
Well done to everyone who ran the St Albans 10K, it was glorious weather and we saw the course record beaten by 1st Male home - Mark Ryall.
Results are now up on our results page
For yet another year the St Albans 10K is full! Sadly we won't be able to accept entries on the day as all race numbers have been allocated.
Best of luck to everyone racing - we will see you on Sunday!
A very warm welcome to all new Get Started runners :) We all hope that you are enjoying the sessions and have met lots of other club members.
There is lots of information and a thriving club community online - you can read blog articles from some of the Get Started runners here and you can sign up to our online messageboard here. If you are on Facebook, you can join our FB group here where all the latest news, photos, and blog articles get posted.
The Club Handicap is an informal race, run twice a year (spring an autumn) over a 4 mile course and it gives everyone the chance to win! Runners start according to their speed, with the fastest runners starting last and everyone finishing at the same time (theoretically!)
The Spring 2012 handicap has been set for 22 May 2012
More details to follow on the handicap page
The dates for the Division 1 Mid Week Road Race League have been set. Check the MWRRL page for more details
