Welcome to the web-site of the St Albans Striders Running Club. With over 300 members, we reckon we are the county's most popular running club.

For the latest details, check the news and message board. You can leave your own feedback/request on the Message Board, and people can leave latest details here. This includes as full details of the next club training session, and urgent club requests such as numbers needed for races. For running details, check out the club sessions and the latest fixtures.

If you are new to the club I suggest you start with the "about the club" link followed by the "Club meeting times". New members are always welcome and if you wish to join, you can print out a membership form and send to the club treasurer (address at top of form).
